Gina Hayden has been advising leaders and organisations for more than twenty years in over twenty countries. She consults with organisations such as AlixPartners, PwC, AT Kearney, Arup, Novartis, Open Society Foundations, Duke Corporate Education, Cass Business School and many others on developing their leaders for the future. She has a strong desire to promote responsible and sustainable business that is profit-driven as well as purpose-driven, and she is particularly interested in how leaders develop their capacities to think in more complex and inclusive ways while bringing their heart to what they do. She facilitates leadership development programmes to help bring this about, works with teams on their alignment and coaches executives in becoming the best leaders they can be.

Gina is co-founder and director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership, is a director for Conscious Capitalism UK and founded The Conscious Leadership Consultancy. All three organisations are dedicated to the development of more conscious leaders who enable their organisations to be a force for good in the world.

Gina lives in London, with her daughter. This book is dedicated to Jessica, and all the generations who follow her, and hopes to inspire a depth and lightness to leadership that helps to create a more positive future for us all.
